They say they are quarantine facilities - all returning Kiwis have to quarantine for 14 days, 2 negative tests etc under DOD guard. Recently a Aust nurse reuniting minors with family refused tests asking for more information before she would consent. No info provided - no tests. 28 days later she returned to Aust. So yes detention camps dressed up.
