I have a very intelligent friend who has never heard of nesara law and doubts its existence. Does anyone know any solid research sites that contain factual information about its creation or history? Most of the sites I have found link it with conspiracies and cast doubt on its validity. I would be most grateful.

I think its used as clickbait by paytriots to lure the naive and ignorant. Someone said it was signed in by Clinton but some event prevented it being implemented. Sounds very iffy to me.
That "event" was 9-11, followed by the damned congress suppressing it all these 20 years..
