The YT channel (I think) "Richard in DC" was filming the WH and Rose Garden from his apartment building which can see most of it from his window ledge.
He had the speeches from the muppet family (Xiden, Chuck, Pelosi, etc) live on TV and was filming that exact area? Yup you guessed it no one was there, no speaker noise, no extra security, no clapping heard and no people. He can literally see and film into the Rose Garden once he's out on the window ledge.
