All the many, many ads on tv (most every ad, very few whites anymore) featuring blacks depict them as successful, well off nuclear families. I’m so confused by this. You mean the ads aren’t really..real? Or.. are they reverse-pandering? Does this mean blacks are doing a lot better than we know? Or not? Because all the ads have them living in homes nicer than most, driving sweet cars, giving university lectures to whites and having plush corner offices in their investment banker and dentist jobs and having black DADs in the picture. I can’t figure it out but it’s as if now 90% of the country is black based on the tv ads. Something seems amiss.
