I think this is a stretch. It looks like doors to a kitchen behind John and the other photo they are probably on a bench in the lobby or something.
Let's try not to read into every tweet like it's sadistic, I mean maybe it is, but need more sauce than a family out to lunch.

Because she openly sexualized her daughter in other tweets and is now trying to act normal. Tbh her hand is getting to be in a questionable place there.
