This is intentional. In the past their tweets were extremely suggestive so they are making it now with high level of plausible deniability. They want us to attack them, and then they will paint as lunatics.

Remember, whatever happens with the tweet, it will be judged in the court of public opinion with main stream as the judge, jury and executioner
