Thanks for answering. If this entire thing was completely created out wholecloth, then in my opinion, it could have been created by some bad guys to discredit those concerned about child well-being, to make them look like lunatics.

But my question for you is, how do you know it's completely fake and what steps do you recommend people take to verify such a thing?
