Not gonna lie kinda nervous about this. I am either gonna have to risk forging one and getting fired if I get caught or have to try hold out as long as I can. Anyone else in a similar situation?

Just some food for thought. The CDC, and others, has already hinted at continued mask wearing. Even after a vaccine!
I don't want you to end up in the worse case scenario where you get the jab because you're tired of wearing the mask only to have to be forced to wear a mask down the road in a few months when hay fever starts up.
The thing that is unfortunate about the mask is that businesses can make the mask a work uniform, then fire you for not wearing the uniform.
Luckily no one can fire you for not getting a vaccine, though I am certain they will try. They will try to get you on every little thing you mess up on to give them an excuse to let you go. But legally they cannot fire you for not getting a vaccine (until governments start passing laws that enable that)
TL;DR : If you don't want to get the experimental vaccine then don't. They cannot make you. But they can fire you for forging a document. And you will lose respect if you are found to be lying about it.
