The crazy one is Massachusetts, these numbers aren't per capita and yet they have a large number for a small state. Wonder what's going on there?

Universities. Harvard and MIT have plenty of ties to Epstein and the CIA. Also Boston dynamics might have some dark deals. I’m sure there are a lot more but the universities are likely a big part of it.
