Run stenodetect on the images of the rugs. Some of the rugs have multiple images, and some of those images will trigger stenodetect. I kept downloading one of those files and they swapped it out with a smaller image that didn't have stenodetect.
Also, I've made several purchases through wayfair but none have ever triggered a phone call. Only when I browsed some of these expensive rugs did I get a phone call asking about whether I was making purchases for business or personal reasons. Maybe it's all coincidence and they are trying to increase their wayfair business customers, but it is really creepy they monitor browsing activity.
