Thank you for that information. That clarifies much that I wouldn't have gotten myself. Especially with Former Acting President Biden (Who will be described as FAP Biden.) taking credit for the vaccine, the whole thing makes a whole lot (pun intended!) more sense. Thank you for clarifying this for those who sometimes take more time to connect all the dots. I repent for my comment below.
