I suspect the magnetic pole flipping is like a great filter. Driving certain people mad / suicide / killed especially is they has deviated so far from Gods path that they have used AC.

How does one make it through a magnetic / electric polar shift from +/- to -/+?

By remaining neautral/grey in mind and spirit. Stay in the middle, or as some put it, INTEGRATE yourself, Raise the serpent, activate the magic sword, etc...
