Video worked fine immediately for me, no noticeable delay or buffering, and could jump around from point to point over the video pretty quickly without much problem. Maybe try a different browser? Working fine in FF for me.
I thought maybe someone took down the video to censor it. I saw lots of people had seen the video but I just couldn't get it to work. I'm not a member with Rumble so I couldn't see any comments.

My using Bing was the problem, works on Chrome.
