Indeed. And I think most of us, including Dave, realize the symbolic significance. But if Dave never makes mention of the difference and just says "The Alamo" as he has always done up to this point (The Alamo, historic structure in San Antonio =/= Alamo, TX, little border town) it just makes him sound ignorant of geography.
