When you read or watch anything that makes you very emotional, STOP and Ask yourself "Who would want me to get me all charged up?". The answer to that question help you regulate your emotion and focus on the real problem.

When you find yourself angry at or hating a certain group of people, no matter who they are (Transgender, White, Black, Gay, Feminists, whatever be the group) STOP and Tell yourself "These conflicts and anger between people is an illusion. I am not angry at these people. I am angry at the people manipulating these groups".

But what responsibility do those have that eat up the bullshit propaganda and strike out due to self-pity? The propaganda is just an excuse to fulfill the evil already in their black hearts. These hateful idiots are equally culpable.
I'm all for wholly adopting the approach of individualism. Every person is responsible for their own personal actions and attitudes - no family, racial, sexual, ethnic, etc. baggage or some fictional "ancient guilt" or "guilt by association".
But I have nothing but enmity for those that don't. Self-pity, especially when combined with collectivism is the absolute CORE of evil.
Feeling sorry for yourself, followed by the desire to blame others for your state of being, is the very recipe for lowest trash in humanity. It makes you capable of every evil action you can imagine.
