Any business can kick you out for violating dress code.

I never had an issue with businesses making mandates. "No shirt, No shoes, No service."

Their are other avenues to getting your money back. Don't be disingenuous.

Doesn't negate what? She committed criminal trespassing by Texas law. If you are asked to leave, for any reason, and you don't.... you have committed criminal trespassing.
