They don't care. The goal here is to stage a narrative that religion is bad because it labels LGBT people as sinners thus making them victims. The goal behind the goal is to create a wedge between the masses and their belief in religion.

I'm an atheist. I could care less what most religious people think of most things I do. At least not when they call it sin and say I shouldn't do it just because the bible says I shouldn't.
