According to “reptiliandude” David Icke is projecting the deeds of the big-eyed tall humanoid aliens called Kayeen onto reptilians. The Kayeen are godless rationalists who manipulated human DNA and treated our ancestors like cattle. They created hybrids and attacked reptilian worlds. The flood was a counterattack and God had to force both warring groups to rebuild the ecosystem. But the Kayeen have shifted the Consortium back into exploiting humanity for profit.

He says that the actual reptilians tend to worship God and have no interest in human DNA or “overwriting” humans unlike the Kayeen. It’s the Kayeen who set up the Moloch stuff. The reptilians are part of the consortium but they tend to be more supervisory. We can point to morals and religions as consequences of the influence of reptilians who find it a way of getting our species to govern itself so they can get away from us. A lot of them don’t like us.
