This was posted a few days ago. The lower picture seems to show a second story, which is not present in the upper picture. But more views of that part of the video (available with an image search) show that the second story is set quite far back and isn't a full story. Seeing those helps put it all into perspective.

the top photo was taken closer to the building. this is why you cant see the second floor. this nonsense was discussed last week, when it happened.
After researching some of the other posts I see how the perspective is playing a role. A little surprising off hand though. Thanks for pointing out.

The corbels are there in the top picture, but they just aren't as visible due to the angle / lighting. Look closely and you'll see them.
