Dr. van den Bossche has worked in virology labs all over the world. I think his explanation may bear some gravitas.
I am aware of the theory of mRNA not entering DNA, it has been repeated by the 'propaganda' (self-confessed) promulgated by the NZ government. However, messenger RNA re-programs DNA. That is its function. It does not 'enter' the DNA, but it tells it what to do. Just like software updates do not technically 'enter' your computer.
The other issue is what Dr van den Bossche points out: the antibodies are an after-party. The main immunity response are the kill cells that poison infected cells. Antibodies are a clean-up, a sort of spit and polish job. So, the presence of antibodies is just a measurement that does not really address what actually happens in immune responses. To try and stimulate their presence is like fighting a war with cotton wool and polishing rags.
The other problem he talked about is that the 'artificial' memory B cells are aimed at only the SARS/COV virus that your body has manufactured parts of, in response to instructions from the mRA. The problem occurs when your natural immunities have been displaced by the new memory B cells -the good Dr. even postulates that those amplified B cells will actually attack your natural ones - A mutation, or perhaps an attack from a completely different pathogen such as the Black Death can be devastating. There is some evidence to support the displacement of naturally occurring B-cells, in the form of triggered auto-immune disease.
I don't much care where memory B-cells are stored. Whatever. You are trying to sound scientific-like. It is a red herring. It reminds me of seventies explanations of how 'safe' vaccines were manufactured within eggs.
OK. long rant.
