I agree and although I hate fact-checker articles like this one, USA Today actually does a decent showing of why they found no support to attribute this quote to the CEO.

CEO might be a total tool (he did work for Romney's Bain Co after all), and I found nothing showing he DENIED saying this so it's possible...but why not explain where it came from (leaked conference call/email/etc.) unless you were trying to stir people up

The article went on and TRIED to also claim the employee training videos about tips to be less white were made up, but basically confirmed their existence with the 'fact-check', lol

Lesson: Don't believe a meme without sauce!
