Touche. Call that interest on the $1 billion the US is refusing to release to the Myanmar government from the bank in NY.

Next up is to trace and identify all funds within the country that have been accrued as a result of human trafficking and seize those as well. That should include the funds of basically every NGO currently in operation. I bet they can almost recover the $1 billion. If they NGO's complain, give them IOU's to be redeemed as soon as the US government releases the money from NY.
