Again, there is no EO that gives Trump control for 60 days even though its been thrown around all over the place. See the supposed EO they claim does this. There is nothing in it that talks about military control. Just that he gets the same transition resources as the incoming gets before inauguration.

So bottomline, the military is in control - not due to any EO, and hence doesnt run out any clocks.
