While I agree with a lot of the call-outs on these video shenanigans, I have to say this one is not a nefarious fake. It is a compression artifact. The values top of Biden's head matched too closely with the wall, and it got compressed.

The only thing this video proves is that Biden's head looks like blank wall. That kind of says something in itself.
