You have no way of concluding Xiden team is behind this video in fact, it looks like it was deliberate and the anticipated response is sweeping across social media, today.

I'm on your side, I just wouldn't call it proof. It could be part of a movie, or it could be some diversity hire in his administration who, unsurprisingly, is bad at their job.
