Software assisted tracking allows you to take a masked layer (say Biden from a green screen) and insert it into any moving, shaky, or panned shot. That includes entering or exiting vehicles so long as the distances and angles are recreated.
This has been true for years and even hobbiests and entry level professionals have had this capability for years
Not to say that is always the case, but it could be.
That interview was 100% greenscreened. Biden was not there, which means the media is in on it. But as for other shots of him boarding or exiting AF/M1... could be either. Personally, I think those clunker plane shots are real. Where's that bitchin' AF1 Trump rode in??
