Uh-no. I think the fence is there for a good reason. That is not sovereign land. It is land that is in bankruptcy. It's a foreign entity to the U.S., and I want to make sure that the traitors who enter that fence every day have some inkling of why it is there.
They're playing stupid, but they know. They want us to believe that it is there because of the Capitol riots. If that is so, it shows they are a bunch of cowards. They hide behind a fence because they are afraid. Afraid of what? The American people. Why are they afraid of the American people? Well, when you steal something as valuable as an election and then attempt to destroy our Constitution, you should be behind a fence with barbed wire. You should be cowering and afraid to walk down the streets.
On the other hand, if the intention is to declare that land a foreign entity, what better way than to close it off. It sends a message to the world. You might own this area, but you don't own the Americans. You might own the people within those fences, but you don't own the people of our country. You may have helped steal an election, but you are not going to get away with it.
They can keep that fence up until they bury that place in rubble for all I care.
Given that Obernolte is a freshman congressman, not yet corrupted, and one of the few to vote not to accept either set of fraudulent electors nor to convict for impeachment I think we can safely assume he is a white hat. I'm pretty certain that if this was not a favorable move he would have been politely told not to move forward with this.
I personally don't think we see the next marker until that fence comes down, and I want this plan to move along...
I appreciate your opinion. However, I went to look at his website. If the man is a proud Republican, he's not stating it.
But I will wait and watch even though I don't know how the taking down of the fence plays into it. If you do have a q drop that supports it, I'd love to see it.
11.3.1 End of Occupation. Belligerent occupation ceases when the conditions for its application are no longer met. In particular, as discussed below, the status of belligerent occupation ceases when the invader no longer factually governs the occupied territory or when a hostile relationship no longer exists between the State of the occupied territory and the Occupying Power.
The removal of the wall ends the period of belligerent occupation by the occupying power. The manual specifically says mere presence is not sufficient to constitute occupation. Thus 11.3 is satisfied when the wall comes down.
Relevant Q drops are 4635, 4524, 15, 25, 26 and 34.
He's in D.C. who's to say he isn't already corrupted? Has anyone done a dive into his background associates, charity involvements, finances, campaign finances, or his spouse's? Who are his closest adviser and what are their backgrounds? Who are they associated with "outside" of this guy?
So far, I haven't seen one dig on him, his known associates, etc.
You can't make a definitive statement without proof to back the claim.

Only this from the DoD Law of War Manual:

Thank you!

Hmmmm, no, I think I like the congress-critters all locked up and behind sturdy fences.
You think it is an accident this is coming on the 17th?
