Many r concerned that Pres Trump recommended getting c19 vax. Did he? What did he REALLY say? 2x he said 'i WOULD recommend ...'

I recommed vs. I would recommend

I would recommend = if I were to make a recommendation, it would be...

I will recommended = I am definitely going to make a recommendation, which is...

I recommend = I am making a recommendation, which is...

The word “will” is mainly used to express plans and things that we are certain about. Would describes something that was in the future Would is also a conditional verb. It indicates an action that would happen if certain circumstances were met.

So, IMO he did NOT recommend the vax AT THIS TIME.
