Guy is an idiot. Why would you saw off a shotgun FOR SOMEONE else? Stupid.

Government obviously sucks and is always criminal, but we know this. That is why you never give them a chance to get you, fake charges whatever..

No one really knows what happened with the shotguns. I've heard it was the buttstock being a quarter inch too short putting it below the overall length requirement. And that no one can verify if that shotgun was cut down after possession to manufacture a reason to get Randy to be their spy.
