But I also wrote down some things that I freely give to you now.
The morning session was with Secretary of State and Elections Officials as witnesses.
My notes are somewhat shorthand, but you may get the gist.
No technicians at every polling station in primaries, but in Nov 3 did have them at all 255 locations. (This was disputed by at least two witnesses in the afternoon Judiciary Committee meeting.)
Every year a delay or technical issues -- continuous problem. (My question, "Should Fulton County be restructured into smaller counties?" )
DDS System Signature Verification
Voter Registration
Voter Notify+Cure
These processes were described and witness advised it was intent to follow Secretary of State procedures.
"To our knowledge there were no deficiencies."
" November election could not have gone better in GA. "
Fulton County.
130,000+ Absentee Ballots (10x more in Fulton County than other counties).
"Absentee Ballots most work intensive form of voting for Elections Offices."
Republicans chose not to certify Fulton County. (They did not was confirmed by another witness.). Could not testify as to why, but offered to send link to video of the meeting to GA Senate. Witness testified they didn't know if this has ever occurred in the past.
Charlotte NC mentioned.
May be related to discussion of the Mobile Voting units that was new and put into place in Fulton County.
(my question: Security & Control issues with Mobile Voting?)
The "Emergency Rule" was used to count early.
(My question: was this rule codified in GA Elections statutes?)
Director of External Affairs, Fulton County testified.
introduced Chairman Pitts?
Mentioned Director Barron.
Changes were made in June.
Chaired Board of Commissioners.
Set up a panel of private citizens, about 20 people including 2 state reps.
Pretty much all of their recommendations were adopted.
(My question: Were these passed by the legislature?)
Described "Deal" made with Steve Coon, Atlanta Hawks GM, to use State Farm Arena for additional polling location.
Made the deal in "5 minutes".
(Have many suspicions about this "State Farm" deal, but didn't write them down in my notes. )
"No instance of unusual activity."
Did not see orchestrated effort to manipulate...
If any identified, "would get to the bottom of it."
Described how water main break was overblown rhetoric.
Reported 38 dropboxes, all under video surveillance. (My question: any requests for the surveillance videos?)
It gets blurry from here in my notes...these may be from afternoon session during Judiciary Hearing.
My questions:
Why would anyone change programming Prior to a general election?
Who does that programming and what controls are in place?
Are These changes tested according to the laws of GA prior to deployment?
My comments:
Fulton County "Bearhug Approach" doesn't instill voter trust.
"Rabbit holes are really sometimes honey badger holes.". There's TRUTH found in both - - to those who dare look for TRUTH.
Secretary of State monitors were mentioned. Said it was primarily a "communications" issue. (My snarkiness comment: "narrative" or "messaging" issue.)
Here's where afternoon Judiciary notes start.
Ballots were found under the table (the shocking incriminating video), estimated ~3000 [x 5? Machines? Per hour?] counted during fake water leak outage of about 2 hours.
(My comment: Masks served this election well?)
Video was from State Farm Arena security cameras.
Discussion about ACLU Program deal. ACLU Lawyers or Clerks recruited for Elections monitoring.
"You're not going to find that in the code."
Fulton County Ballot Duplication process discussed.
(My question: In All Counties?)
"Grace, the in person voter":
Never requested absentee ballot.
Some one else voted in her name 10-07-2020.
Talked to Ralph Jones in Fulton County
Big runaround described that ended in no response from Secretary of State's office, even after formal records request was made more than once.
It took testifying before GA Senators to get her issue resolved by the My Voter Info site check assistance.
Flashback to 3.4 Months Ago...
Admittedly, I tweeted during them (prolifically).

Private Sector pollworkers recruited, ~6000 individuals (My question: party affiliation breakdown?)
His self grade for 11-03-2020 Election: A+.
Touted Atlanta Chamber of Commerce Praise.
