It takes one to know one makes sense when we are talking about the soviet union invading afghanistan after the us invaded vietnam. But Joe Biden is not in the same league as Vladimir Putin. Xi Jinping might be. Angela Merkel might be. But sleepy Joe isn't even the real president, let alone has real power.
