Unless you count the fbi stuff before hand.

I’ll never forget Vegas happening. I’ll never forget the warning dropped on the Chan’s regarding vans and attack on Vegas, and how it would be used to usher in massive private security and equipment contracts etc. Even got the companies down that would step in to provide such services.
