It's definitely a difficult issue to legislatively fix. Part of the issue is that It was never legislatively legalized to begin with. The decision to allow abortion by the supreme court was unconstitutional.
IN CONJUNCTION WITH a serious expansion of programs to support and defend women and children. This means pro-natal policies and the elimination of abortion from the med school curriculum, except for a handful of specialists who can handle things like babies that are already dead in the womb and need to be removed or the mother will die too.
Big yes. My wife volunteers at a crisis pregnancy center. Helping women who feel like there is no other option is a massive ministry and there are just too few people who care enough. Churches and citizens who care should be more involved. Get out of the four walls. Handing the problem over to the government is what got us here in the first place. We stopped caring for those in our community.
If abortion was illegal with real penalties 95% of abortions would go away overnight. "Would you throw the woman in jail?!?!?!" is a moot point. Abortion providers should get the death sentence if guilty of providing an abortion in this new scenario. In this world, a women who goes out of her way to find an abortionist should face serious legal ramifications.
What about murderers? Should murderers be executed? Or should we let them out and murder again?
what about child murderers?
Do you not support execution of child rapists?
child abusers?
child traffickers?
child sex slavers?
A crime against a child in this nature is a crime worthy of death.
How does murdering someone all of a sudden become less bad just because they're not born yet?
