Woah there Martin Luther. Yes, if you wanna get technical there are some exceptions to suicide being a one-way ticket to Hell. Maria Simma (who has an incredible life story; look her up if you don't believe me) indicated as much. This was her reply when asked about it: "Up to now, I have never encountered the case of a suicide who was lost. This doesn't mean, of course, that it doesn't exist, but often the souls tell me that the most guilty were those around them when they were negligent or spread calumny". She also goes on to indicate that often those suicides were due to mental illness. In addition, this was said several decades ago so take all of that however you will. That being said, I'm pretty sure in OP's theoretical case he wouldn't be judged as leniently. Plus it would also violate the "thou shalt not kill" commandment
