There was a lot of discussion about how the military occupies 'the city state' of Washington DC and how 11.3 (END OF OCCUPATION AND DURATION OF GC OBLIGATIONS) is a marker. But somehow it does not make sense to me, in the proposed constellation.

So 'Think Mirror' ... what if the military occupies all the rest of the United States, except DC - with DJT still commander-in-chief. In my opinon that would make much more sense regarding the following points mentioned by Q:

  • 11.4 LEGAL POSITION OF THE OCCUPYING POWER
  • 11.6 PROTECTION OF THE POPULATION OF AN OCCUPIED TERRITORY
  • 11.9 LOCAL LAW AND LEGISLATION
  • 11.11 CRIMINAL LAW IN OCCUPIED TERRITORY

see https://dod.defense.gov/Portals/1/Documents/pubs/DoD%20Law%20of%20War%20Manual%20-%20June%202015%20Updated%20Dec%202016.pdf?ver=2016-12-13-172036-190

It would also explain, why there were no badges on the uniforms at the military parades (inauguration). And especially why everything is going along as it is at the moment, Biden is president of the United States, but without any facutal military power. The military can not simply arrest people and put them on trails, because it is bound to the rules above.

But it could negotiate with the ousted authority, under which terms the occupation could be ended. Hint: Trials start.

So some questions about this theory for you fellow anons.

  • Could the military just 'declare' it is no longer the military of the USA? Could it be the occupying power? Fun fact: Q never mentions 'US army' only 'army', but to be fair he mentions 'US military' often.

  • Could the Space-Force lead this?

  • Where is the nuclear football now?
