Some thoughts on this:

today's arrest involved a lower court gov civilian and he was involved in child porn production.
tomorrow's arrests will involve people who paid for the material and/or supplied the children. I bet there's some recognizable names in there as they begin moving up the chain. Maybe we will see some big names get arrested tomorrow? The start of dawn?

I don't know about the timing, but the library pedo arrest indicates that things indeed are gong up the chain.
