Good points to be sure. My point is that they were really drumming the Russia collusion narrative the last five years.
Obviously, IF you really want to get into it we've been enemies of Russia since WWII with the Cold War, nuclear arms race etc... Then once the Soviet Union fell apart the world looked more favorably toward Russia. Then you make good points.
