Yeah, same for HCQ and any other zinc ionophores. The zinc interferes with the internal functioning of your cells. This is good when they have been taken over by a virus and turned into a virus factory, but not so good normally.
The protocols for HCQ, Quercetin, etc. are for 5 days though, not 100. You don't take these as part of your daily regimen - you only take them when you feel symptoms... for 5 days.
You can take HCQ 200mg as a preventative once a week for as long as you like. If you get sick, step it up to twice a day for up to 7 days. With zinc of course. And take D3 every day anyway. And it's a good idea to take K2 because it works in combination with D3 to transfer calcium from your blood to your bones, thus preventing "hardening of the arteries" (atherosclerosis) and osteoporosis. (Someone wrote a book about it.)
