For how long do you think they were making preparations for the plandemic?

Did they here about the virus and than come up with it, or were they already intent on lockdowns and masks?

Since January 21, 2017. They knew they had to come up with a way to stuff the ballot box en mass and they needed a way to manipulate mail-in voting....enter global pandemic and lockdowns. It seems ours wasn't the only election being manipulated as a result of the plandemic...
