Remember it was Admiral Rodgers who went to the White House to speak with Trump. He took a tremendous risk. He was with NSA. Early on Q began to post stuff about Snowden. Snowden was a plant from the C_A and the Q team was a special cyber unit with the NSA that was tasked with finding Snowden.

Rogers met with Trump at Trump Towers in NYC, not the White House. He waited until the SCIF had been installed at Trump Towers during Trump's presidential elect period, just about 2 weeks after the Nov 2016 elections.
