I know maritime law. PS it is maritime law that also calls for executions for Treason. Without it..Deep State gets a free pass. PS Robert Steele was part of George Soros' Occupy Wall Street praised Bill Ayers' Days of Rage.

All those executions for treason are happening under Public Law. RDS is suspect, I agree.
