You know, given the left's obsession with mail in balloting, I wouldn't be surprised to learn that inner city turnout has been a joke (like 20-30%) since the late 1960s and that they pad the counts out using fuckery OR use absentee ballots.

If they know people are waking up, they'd have to stop doing it that way since they're risking non-liberal poll watchers stopping by and revealing the scam ... the mail in ballots make it possible for them to continue what I suspect they've been doing for half a century now.
