I saw a video that stated that Gen Sullivan has another adopted son who is some kind of leader in the prohibits. Looking for sauce

He's got John, James, Matthew, & another one (Peter??? don't recall...)... Check the comments on Amazing Polly's stuff. Not much available on the younger two adoptive kids... James might be the one you're thinking of.
