Turn off the T.V, practice decent hygiene, have a decent diet and or take some vitamins and your going to pretty well off. Health wise.
Hell even just adopting a decent and consistent sleep schedule will improve your health quite a bit. Not to mention lower the likelihood of a plethora of illnesses and conditions developing.
I CAN vouch for this-early to bed, early to rise (4 AM) makes me sleepy, dopey and grumpy BUT able to maintain blood sugar levels of a much younger man..
