I think this is setting up a massive states rights fight. Maybe for a non-compromised Supreme Court? If you take as fact that the 14th Amendment on have been invalidated by us being a Corporation since 1871, then we need to hash out states rights again. This is the impetus to force the country to adopt new amendments that address the issues that are no longer valid?
