Wise words fren!
I would add:
•early morning walk daily (if you live in a safe location) and soak in early morning sunshine
• read the words our founders & study the constitution
•be GRATEFUL!
Agreed on the morning walk! Fresh morning air and sun helps. I’d add positive music or ambience if you live in a loud city.
Something that personally helps me: I make my bed right after I wake up after watching a military officer’s speech, maybe at a graduation ceremony or something. It helps subconsicously give you a win at the start of the day, and should you have a rough day, you come home to a comfy made bed.
Yes...my hubby and I love our morning walk...full of sunshine, fresh air and birdsong.
And I love the idea of starting the day listening to inspirational talk or music... very motivational and empowering! Thanks for sharing your great idea!
Right before we go to sleep each evening we listen to a beautiful rendition of The Lord's Prayer by Perry Como that I found on YouTube. It gives us such a deep and relaxing peace...perfect for sleep!
