Here in NE Orlando suburb, more and more restaurants are dropping the mask requirement and it's awesome! I have yet to see no one not wearing a mask in our Publix and that is on the edge of a very red rural area. It's surprising to me. My husband doesn't wear one but I'm not with him when he does. They apparently make announcements to the entire store when he does, but leave him alone. We did have a lady take her mask off when she entered the door with one, and then saw us standing without them at the restaurant's host station last week. Her husband kept his on.
