A screenshot of the flight pattern was sitting on my desktop background. With talk earlier this week about the missing Russian sub, I wondered whether the radiation sign was comms for planefags.
very interesting theory.
Just looked at it again. It really looks as if the chopper pilot has drawn a sub pointing south west and colored in a big dot on it after making the radiation sign.
Credit goes to u/GW1GWA_Yoda who spotted the sign off the Florida coast on the 26 Feb. I'm not a planefag
