It's not. It's the Mark of The Beast. We're not quite there yet. A nuclear exchange will help bring that along, but so will another "pandemic."

[They] have to live on this planet also. To think [they]'d irradiate it, or even parts of it, to get what [they] want is folly. Would a small, tactical nuke, or a "dirty bomb" be sufficient in scaring the populace into subservience? Highly unlikely. Buy what will do it is another plandemic or two. Much easier to control, as there's no sifting jet stream to contend with, information about coming plandemics is more controllable, too.
