It's actually getting better... the beginning didn't do it any favors; defining the "Storm" as the Capitol Insurrection was a HUGE mistake IMO.
But, about 25 minutes in... more balanced and objective than expected.

Even if it just ends up being mediocre, they're doing everyone here a huge favor. Intelligent people that aren't aware of Q will do their own research and end up here, where they can see what Q really is about

Could it be a big bait and switch? Yep. I'd still bet this is 90% a bait and switch scenario... (flipping the narrative to lure people in and ultimately make some kind of wild supposition that it's somehow dangerous or evil)
Could it continue to remain impartial throughout? Given the age of disinformation we see from all angles? Maybe... and that alone would be a MASSIVE win... to your point.
I would bet my life savings on it being a bait and switch, but that won't stop a lot of people from doing their own research. Hell, if the first episode was very honest, I'm sure that plenty of people started looking into Q after that.
If it stays honest then I would have to assume that the mainstream media narrative is changing about Q, which is a huge hit of hopium.
Or perhaps HBO flipped? Even slightly would be a big win.

Well, right up until the drop where Q said there's no QAnon, I pretty much thought Q and QAnon were synonyms. I suspect probably most of us did, and that was filmed b4 that drop.
